測(cè)量功能：
1、采用日本MITUTOYO激光LSM503S測(cè)頭，搭載斯帝爾鐳射測(cè)量軟件MR-MEAS，以達(dá)到高精度快速掃描計(jì)算測(cè)量光軸，銑刀刀刃直徑，齒輪齒頂圓跳動(dòng)等功能；
2、自動(dòng)控制步進(jìn)馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)測(cè)量，并自動(dòng)根據(jù)軸徑選擇合適的速度轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)；
3、測(cè)量完成自動(dòng)停止，數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)列表于測(cè)量軟件表格內(nèi)；
4、測(cè)量軟件MR-MEAS可設(shè)置測(cè)量直徑段差；
5、對(duì)于多刀刃，軟件可直接人為選擇設(shè)置刀刃數(shù)目。
6、機(jī)器會(huì)以內(nèi)定轉(zhuǎn)速自動(dòng)測(cè)量，不需要調(diào)節(jié)參數(shù)，即可精準(zhǔn)測(cè)量出刀刃直徑。，
7、一鍵啟動(dòng)，自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)工件，自動(dòng)讀取刀具刀刃徑與跳動(dòng)值
8、帶位移標(biāo)尺顯示，可以定向不同位置截面測(cè)量
9、測(cè)量光棒類(lèi)，鉆頭，銑刀，單刃或多刃皆可測(cè)量。
10、光軸測(cè)量，可自動(dòng)測(cè)量出來(lái)真圓度，及圓度曲線圖。
11、長(zhǎng)刀大刀測(cè)量，一般帶工藝頂尖孔，測(cè)量工裝采用頂尖機(jī)構(gòu)，可增加測(cè)量轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)及控制電路，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)由馬達(dá)帶動(dòng)卡在工件軸的雞心爪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，雞心爪由客戶自備。
12、長(zhǎng)刀大刀測(cè)量，一般帶工藝頂尖孔，測(cè)量工裝采用頂尖機(jī)構(gòu)，訂制電動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，采用球墨鑄鐵固定軌，頂尖座鎖緊采用我司專(zhuān)利機(jī)構(gòu),快速鎖緊，保證頂尖重復(fù)定位精度≤0.003mm。
Measuring function:
1. Using Japanese MITUTOYO laser LSM503S probe and equipped with STILL laser measuring software MR-MEAS, to achieve high precision and fast scanning calculation of measuring optical axis, milling cutter edge diameter, gear top circle jumping and other functions;
2, Automatically control the stepper motor drive measurement, and automatically select the appropriate speed rotation according to the diameter of the shaft.
3. Automatically stop the measurement and list the data in the measurement software table;
4. The measuring software MR-MEAS can set the difference of measuring diameter segment;
5. For multiple blades, the software can directly set the number of blades manually.
6. The machine can automatically measure the fixed speed within the machine. No need to adjust the parameters, it can accurately measure the blade diameter.
7, Start with one key, automatically rotate the workpiece, automatically read the tool edge diameter and runout value.
8, Display with displacement scale, cross section measurement can be directed at different positions
9. Measuring rods, drills, milling cutters, single-edged or multi-edged can be measured.
10, Optical axis measurement, can automatically measure the true roundness, and roundness curve.
11, Long cutter and big cutter measurement, generally with process apex hole, measuring tooling adopts apex mechanism, which can increase measuring rotation mechanism and control circuit. Rotation is driven by motor to rotate the core claw stuck in the workpiece shaft, and the core claw is provided by customers.
12,Long cutter and big cutter measurement, generally with process top hole, measuring tooling adopts top mechanism, can customize electric rotation mechanism, use nodular cast iron fixed rail, top seat locking to use our patented parts, fast locking, ensure the accuracy of repetitive apex positioning ≤0.003mm.
